Your kid's drawing on the fridge is one evening away from being a playable game hero. Claude Opus 5.5 handles the wiring
No 3D artist, no months in Blender, no grey capsule from a tutorial
It sounds like something only a game studio could pull off. A crayon drawing has no side view, no skeleton and no idea how to walk. But in 2026 every step between "drawing" and "playable" has its own tool, and Claude Opus 5.5 is the one that connects them
To Claude Code, your kid's hero is just a GLB file with bones and a few animation clips, and that's something it can wire into a game
Here's how it works:
an image model redraws the drawing as a front-facing A-pose sheet that keeps every wobbly line, and Claude writes that prompt for you
Meshy or Tripo turns the sheet into a 3D model on the free tier and exports it as a GLB
auto-rigging gives it a skeleton, so the arms and legs finally know how to bend
five clips are enough to feel alive: idle, walk, run, jump and one signature move
Claude Code drops the GLB into a Three.js scene with a follow camera, WASD to walk, Shift to run and Space to jump
You can use it for a birthday game starring your kid's own character, a weekend project you build together, or a reason for them to draw the villain next
One honest note: free tiers often come with non-commercial terms, so check before you ship anything
What would your kid draw first: the hero or the monster it fights?
