Tencent just open-sourced Hy-Nomas — an 8B interactive world model you can steer on a single RTX 4090.
Describe a scene. Then keep talking to it: add objects, change actions or styles, move the camera. It generates one video segment at a time while a persistent memory keeps the world consistent across turns — up to 60 seconds of continuous 720p footage.
Weights, code, and LoRA tools are under Apache 2.0. No cluster required.
